  I'd honestly leave zero stars if it was possible. When we first moved it, the apartment that they gave us was missing pieces of carpet and had clearly not been cleaned properly. We had trouble throughout our entire year long stay at this complex with the manger and her staff. When you pay $800 a month to live somewhere you should be able to expect better from the apartment and staff. The elevators ALWAYS have dog pee in them, the gates that are suppose to keep you "safe" never work and we got so many emails about people burglarizing cars while we lived there, the parking is awful and it's always so hard to find a spot and they charge you for pest control but you'll somehow still end up with spiders and other bugs in your apartment. They're also really bad about giving deposits back as well so I'd say to not even bother cleaning your apartment when you move out. We spent about 4 days DEEP cleaning our apartment and they charged us for a small smudge that they had to wipe off the front of our stove which was ridiculous. When we confronted the manager about the issues from when we moved in she said she hadn't even looked at the paper we filled out about the issues from when we moved in so that shows how seriously she takes her job. I'd never in a million years recommend this place to anyone and would never consider living there again when I return to Mobile. Save your time and money and look somewhere else.
