  I thought it was hopeless for my computer, I gave up on it and had already bought a replacement. Then I was recommended this store from a Geek Squad employee. Got the diagnostic he said quote "Your battery is swollen, it's like an acid bomb ready to burst" 3 days later and it was back good as new with updated OS as well, these people are seriously experts and they will do cosmetics for free, I don't even remember his name, but I had 1 broken key on my keyboard and he replaced all of the to slick new keys. Super satisfactory and a decent price too.
