    Called to schedule a tour and spoke about what I was looking for along with immediate start. They scheduled the tour that day. Arrived a few mins early only to be told they did bot have open spots until October after being told they did. The lady wouldn't even stop talking with excuses long enough for me to ask which programs were booked or ask about the flex care. Not happy AT ALL. They blamed it on the website not saying availability. Then when I said I called and they set it up and said there was availability she blew it off like I wasn't told that. If they saw there was a scheduled tour for immediate start and they couldn't fulfill that they should have contacted me before the scheduled tour. My daughter was so excited and was trying to talk to the lady and she blatantly ignored her. When we got in the car my 4 year old daughter said "I'm sad they don't want me there".
