  My husband and I both got glasses from here. My husbands glasses broke within a few months. My glasses broke within the first year.
  These are the rudest people I have ever experienced. They will place you on hold in the middle of a conversation without warning. They will do nothing kind or even what's right for you!
  
  They ordered my glasses with the wrong prescription. They did not call me when those came in so it took a very long time to even figure out the wrong glasses were there. Then, they ordered the correct ones and asked that they please call me when they come in. Again, no call. It took weeks if not over a month to get my glasses.
  
  Both pairs that I bought had something wrong with the lenses. They ordered another lense for one of them and it's been a year, still NO CALL that it has come in!
  
  When you get your frame replaced under the warranty, they take your glasses. So, if you can't see to walk or drive or work without glasses, then you better go somewhere else! Your glasses WILL break at this place and you will not have any if you file a warranty.

  I don't even know where to begin. I decided to give America's "best" a second chance and am regretting I did. My original appointment was over a month ago in which the doctor tried to overcorrect my eyes which left me with a horrible headache. David determined the problem and helped greatly and seems to be the only one who cares about good customer service and business! After about 2 and a half weeks of waiting for my glasses and contacts and NO call as promised, I called to find out everything was ready to pick up. Of course, the glasses i can hardly see 2 feet in front of me out of so clearly the prescription is screwed up (I cant even drive with these things on), also the contact prescription was WRONG so I took them back and was reassured this would be taken care of and I would Recieve a call in 9 to 10 days. That never happened. I NEED TO also have my glasses checked out but I live in Ms now so I again have been waiting on a call for my contacts so I could go pick them up then have them look at the glasses while there. Well, I just called to check and wouldn't you know..... they are saying the contacts were picked up and dispensed on Feb 22nd (the first set I picked up) and a manager will be calling me shortly..... so I'm guessing that means absolutely nothing has been done about these contacts.!!!! I am so furious right now! I truly feel my payment of 139.27 (after discounts) was nothing but a joke! So now over a month later I have no contacts and glasses I can hardly see out of. I regret wasting my time and money at this place. It's sad I should have just gone to walmart... they would have at least gotten this right the first time.
